  • 51 Letters of Advice to Apply issued to Canadian immigrants who were directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

  • A ranking score of 695 for the lowest ranking candidates in the pool.

  • A total sum of 352 Letters of Advice to Apply issued to immigrants who have met up with the criteria of nominations such as; a valid Express Entry Id and job seeker validation code, with at least 6 months of recent experience in a well-demanded occupation of Manitoba’s Occupations list. OR;

    • a close relative residing in Manitoba or past education or work experience in Manitoba;

    • minimum language proficiency of CLB/NCLC 5 unless work experience is primarily in a regulated occupation (minimum CLB/NCLC 7) or a compulsory trade (CLB/NCLC 6).

  • Ranking score of the lowest ranked candidate as 561

  • Bearing in mind that some expressions of interests from Skilled Worker Overseas Candidates may not be considered unless they;

    1. have a close relative residing in Manitoba or past education or work experience in Manitoba, at least 6 months of recent experience in an occupation on Manitoba’s Occupation in Demand and a minimum language proficiency of CLB/NCLC 5 unless work experience is primarily in a regulated occupation (minimum CLB/NCLC 7) or a compulsory trade (CLB/NCLC 6); or

    2. were directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative; or

    3. have a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code and at least 6 months of recent experience in an occupation on Manitoba’s Occupation in demand.
